Class Description
Foraging is a skill for finding what you need, wherever you are. During this retreat, we will focus on ways to dialogue more honestly with ourselves, and with each other. You will learn more about the publishing industry, agents, proposals, contracts and how to get your best advance. In addition, we will explore elements of craft, immerse ourselves in storytelling, read and respond to each other's work, and co-create a support system within the container of this space, like a mycellial network, to foster conditions that grow our writing practices.
All spaces are reserved exclusively for workshop guests, ensuring a peaceful, focused and creative environment.
Guided activities will inspire new perspectives to deepen your writing practice, help you reconnect with your story, and find avenues for publishing. Together, we’ll enjoy a colorful, nourishing plant-based lunch, cultivating community and networking.
Come to the Maloof to relax, recharge, and immerse yourself in a transformative experience that infuses your writing with the beauty and power of nature.
